Log in to your customer account, select the order from which you want to make a complaint and start the complaint process directly in the system.

Describe request & upload documents

Specify the reason (e.g. damaged, incorrectly delivered, missing) and upload photos or documents if required.

Receive feedback & implement solution

Our customer service will check your complaint and inform you quickly about the next steps - return, credit note or replacement delivery.
