Incoming goods, incoming goods inspection, booking incoming goods on the PC
Picking, travelling with picking devices, operating hand scanners
Assemble pallets and get them ready for despatch
Process and store returns
Driving forklift trucks, storing and retrieving pallets
Production and packaging of spice blends
Get to know and improve storage concepts
Implement and optimise picking strategies

Training at Ehlert
What you do as a warehouse logistics specialist
As a warehouse logistics specialist at Gustav Ehlert GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for incoming goods, checking the goods against the order and receipts, storing and retrieving the goods properly and preparing them for dispatch. To make you fit for this, during your training you will go through the areas of incoming goods, order picking and dispatch. You will learn how to use our warehouse management system Microsoft Business Central and work with modern hand scanners. We will also make you fit to operate our industrial trucks (forklifts). To give you a complete insight into our activities, you will also gain experience in our production department, where you will learn about topics such as quality assurance of goods and handling sensitive products.
