Your position

As a shift supervisor in our spice department, you are responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day business. You will ensure the quality of the products and liaise closely with the production management. You will plan the production process, organise the workforce and lend a hand where necessary. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the production areas and your workplace, thus contributing to the quality of our products.

Your tasks

• Work preparation and planning of production processes

• Personnel and holiday planning in your shift

• Control of production and products

• Coordination with production management and QA

• Help in production

• You are familiar with spices, ingredients and additives

• You can work precisely and pay attention to cleanliness

• You are good at organising and have a knack for people

• You are prepared to work in shifts
