Your position

AsSales representative in the fieldservice (m/f/d)region of southern Germany, you will mainly work from home and support our customers on site. You will be responsible for expanding your customer base and recording progress in our CRM. Regular appointments at our premises are just as much a part of your work as attending trade fairs and specialist events. Together we work on the success of our company.


Your tasks:

  • Support and advice for existing customers in southern Germany, optionally AT, CH

  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of market presence in the region

  • Presentation of products and solutions to customers on site

  • Preparation of customised offers and contract negotiations

  • Market and competition analysis to identify new business opportunities

  • Close cooperation with the office staff to ensure optimal customer service

  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events

  • Documentation of customer meetings and maintenance of the CRM system


Qualifications and requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in the food industry

  • Several years of experience in field sales, ideally in B2B sales

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-orientated thinking and strong closing skills

  • Independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working

  • Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems

  • Fluency in German, knowledge of English an advantage
