The production of frozen foods is a demanding process. The cold chain must be maintained, hygiene standards must be observed, and proper storage and delivery are always essential.
From goods receipt to dispatch – securely packaged
When it comes to packaging frozen products, there are a number of requirements that the packaging must meet. If a package is torn open – whether by a protruding edge or because a pallet is overloaded – the valuable food is lost.
Stretch film keeps the goods securely in place on the loaded pallet, whilst they are reliably packed in poly bags, shrink bags and gusseted bags. These form the basis for processing in accordance with the highest hygiene standards. They also help you achieve packaging that ensures optimum shelf life. Everything is securely packed for dispatch using our adhesive tape and strapping tape.

The right size: When handling frozen food, speed is often of the essence. That’s why pre-cut sheets of the right packaging material are worth their weight in gold. Just imagine if the entire food production process had to manage without handwritten notes. Of course, a lot is done digitally, but it’s not without reason that pens and markers are our star products. A quick signature or an additional note – written with a ballpoint pen, livestock and meat marking pens, or permanent or chalk markers – has simplified many a process.
