Fanet is a fibrous casing with an adhesive-bonded netting designed for raw sausages with a standard curing time and the highest processing speeds, without natural mold curing. It offers good caliber consistency and is very easy to peel. The netting colors remain vibrant even after smoking, if applicable.
Application:
Soak Fanet in cold running water (approx. 10° C). Do NOT use hot water! Printed sleeves must be soaked for twice as long. Fill full and air-free! Can be tipped if necessary!
