Spices
To make perfect bread and baked goods, you primarily need flour, water and, if necessary, a little starch.
Spices and herbs
Another important ingredient is table salt. If you don't want to produce sweet pasta but want to add a savoury flavour, herbs & herb blends are suitable: They give your bread and baked goods a special flavour.
For the sweet tooth, we recommend our raw spices cinnamon, vanilla sugar, star anise and many more. Fancy a Mediterranean or Asian flavour? Workwear for professionals
Work shoes and gloves are standard equipment, but waistcoats and jackets are also used here. If you want to cover your body evenly, disposable coveralls are the right solution for you.
We also stock disposable coats and trousers. These can be worn in combination or separately. We recommend putting the trouser legs over the work shoes so that nothing gets into the shoes from the outside. The advantage of disposable clothing? There is no need for cleaning. This in turn saves costs and is particularly easy to dispose of. Ehlert Profi's disposable clothing is tested in accordance with the PPE Directive 89/686/EC and approved for direct contact with food.

Packaging
Bread, rolls and other baked goods need the right packaging to stay crispy, fresh and tasty. Salads and breadcrumbs need to be presented attractively.
Containers for any bread or baked goods
Our core range of packaging for bread and baked goods is diverse. In addition to vacuum bags for keeping bakery products and ingredients fresh, there are cups with matching lids for packaging and takeaway. The containers are available in different variants and sizes. Adhesive and strapping tapes for cardboard boxes and the like are used to securely package larger deliveries.
Euro crates with a customised lid are the best choice for larger transport or temporary storage of goods. They prevent the ingress of dirt and liquids and can be stacked on top of each other without any problems. We also offer Euro crates in various sizes and colours.

Bags for ideal durability and cleanliness
To ensure that your bread and baked goods survive transport well and do not absorb any unwanted odours or flavours, poly side gusset bags, which are available to buy from us in various sizes, are suitable. The gusseted bags made of HDPE can be used once for transport boxes and cartons and keep the container clean and grease-free.
Would you like to vacuum pack bread rolls, for example, to preserve them for longer? Shrink bags are a good solution for this. They seal the goods airtight and reduce the risk of damage during transport and storage. The bags are available in different versions: with a side seam or a bottom seam. Correctly signposted, simply organised
Many things are now handled digitally. In most cases, however, the conventional approach is still required. For example, KU loop labels, which can be easily labelled with a foil pen, are suitable for labelling goods. These universally applicable labels made of PVC film make it easy to distinguish boxes and pallet cages from one another and assign them correctly. They are insensitive to moisture, tear-resistant and temperature-resistant - good prerequisites for use in a bakery.

It should be dust and germ-free
Cleaning
Flour dust and water make a sticky mixture. With our cleaning tools, you can clean machines and work surfaces in no time at all.
Correct cleaning - of the working environment and skin
As in any other business where food is handled, the right cleaning is essential. Scrubbers, mops and the like are used for floor care and are part of basic cleaning. Coarser waste and dirt, as well as hygiene paper, must be disposed of in waste bags. Sensitive body parts such as skin and hands must also be cleaned. To protect against germs and viruses, disinfectants prevent the transmission of pathogens, as thorough hand washing alone is sometimes not enough.
However, skin care is also extremely important. Cracked, damaged hands should therefore not be neglected and should be regularly rubbed with a moisturising balm or cream. This stabilises the skin's protective acid mantle and soothes irritation and redness. You can find all these products in our cleansing range.

Act with foresight with swab tests
Swab tests can be used to detect contamination of machines, objects and people. To do this, a swab with a sterile ready-to-use culture medium is pressed against the person or object to be tested and then placed in an incubator. The heat in the incubator causes the germs to grow - after a while they can be recognised with the naked eye. The moulds, yeasts and bacteria can be identified on the basis of their appearance and the number of germs.
